OPEN EVENINGS
If you wish to find out more about SEITE, meet the staff and students and talk with them about their experience of SEITE, you are welcome to attend one of our open evenings. These give you the opportunity to attend community worship and classes.
Our open evenings this academic year will take place on the following dates from 5:30pm - 6:30pm with an option to join staff and students for worship at 6:30 and evening classes from 7pm - 9:00pm.
Refreshments will be served at 5:15pm.

APPLICATION FORMS
In
order to
apply you
will need
to complete
an application
form which
you may
download
by clicking
on the
relevant tab below.
Those wishing
to train
for ordained
ministry
and ordained
pioneer
ministry
within
their denomination
must complete
the application form for Ordained Ministry.
Those wishing to train for reader ministry in the Diocese of Canterbury and Southwark must complete the application form for Licensed Lay Ministers, which will be provided through the Diocesan selection process. Those wishing
to study,
independently
of their
church,
for a university
qualification
must complete
the application form for Independent Students. Those wishing to study for one year, without university registration, must complete the application form for Exploring Theology.
If you
are thinking
of applying
to SEITE
to train
for ordained
ministry
within
your denomination,
you will
also need
to arrange
to meet
with the
principal
to talk
through
the possibility
of your
training
with us.
These meetings
normally
take about
an hour.
They are
arranged
after you
have submitted
an application
form.

PAYMENT OF FEES
The
fees of
Anglican,
Methodist
ministerial
students
and Canterbury Diocese Readers in Training are paid
directly
to SEITE
by their
sponsoring
churches.
Lutheran
ministerial students are responsible for paying their own fees but may be eligible for assistance from their church. Independent Students are responsible
for paying
their own
fees, and
are required
to send
an application fee
of £50.00
(non-refundable)
with their
completed application
form.
The
fees payable
for the
2013-14 academic year by Independent Students are:
- Foundation Degree in Theology for
Christian
Ministry
£3,000
per year
- Bachelor
of Arts
Degree in Theology for
Christian
Ministry
£3,000
per year
- Exploring Theology: a one year study course to explore theology, ministry and vocation (not university registered)
£250 per module / £750
for the
year

be paid
either
in total
by the
end of
the first
term
or in installments
by arrangement
with the
bursar.
Fees
may be
paid by
cash, cheque
(made payable
to ‘SEITE’),
BACS, standing
order or
direct
debit.
