Many
people
would
like
to learn
more
about
Christian
theology
but do
not wish
submit
assignments
for a
formal
qualification.
They
want
to study
the subject
for the
sake
of learning,
and often
for their
own growth
in faith
and ministry.
SEITE
welcomes
such
people
to study
with
us as
auditors,
students
who attend
midweek
classes
and are
welcome
to use
the library
facilities.

Course
Structure
Auditors
are offered
the same
programme
as associate
students.
There are
weekly
evening
classes
(6.30pm –
9.00pm)
during
term times
on either
a Tuesday
in Southwark or Wednesday
in Medway.
The year
is divided
into three terms
and one
module
is offered
in each
half semester.
In
each year,
we offer
a module
in each
of the
following
three strands
of our
curriculum:
Biblical
Studies,
Christian Doctrine
and Ethics, and Church in Practice.

Flexible
Pathways
Auditors
may choose
their own
programmes
of study
from the
modules
we offer.
They may
choose
to follow
the regular
programme
of one
module
in each
strand
for each
year of
study.
They may
choose
to follow
only
modules
in one
strand,
for example
Biblical
Studies
or Christian Doctrine
and Ethics.
They may
choose
to mix
and match
modules
from different
strands.
The auditor
programme
is very
flexible.
